Refund policy

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for store credit only. We currently do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted on food, wine, cut ribbon, custom bows, sale items, or special order items. Returns will not be accepted on Christmas items after December 15.
