Shipping policy
Processing and Delivery Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number. After receiving tracking information, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Custom Fees and Import Taxes:
Bradley’s Market is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Shipping Returns:
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 15 days of purchase (see our full Return Policy for details). The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping cost for returns. Please mail to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will apply a store credit to your account. Any initial shipping costs will be excluded from this refund.
When shipping items valued over $100, we highly advise our customers to purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of all items.
